First day of exercise… whew!

As I type this, I’m still at home, having just done a few sit-ups (not too tiring, but I know my abs will be hurting tomorrow), and a couple of aerobic exercises in Wii Fit (jogging and hula hoops). In less than 10 minutes (in fact, after just the first 2-3 minutes, but I pushed on) I was already out of breath and sweating hard. It appears I have a long way to go. Not that it comes as a surprise…

On the positive side, Wii Fit said I just weigh 82 kg, instead of the 85 I thought I did. Now, I haven’t eaten anything today yet, so that probably helps; still, that’s when you should weigh yourself, right? Also, Wii Fit said I was 2 kg below the last time I used it (about 2 months ago), so things may indeed be looking up.

Now for a shower, and then off to work.

P.S. – note that this is not the first daily progress post. That one will come — naturally — at the end of the day.

    Hope you start having some sort of breakfast as well.
    It REALLY is the most important meal of the day, and it also does wonders when you’re trying to stay fit. If you don’t take my word for it, read about it online or something lol
    You can find loads of worldwide recipes if you are one of those who doesn’t fall for the old cereal bowl…why not eat Syri paya with naan bread, like they do in Pakistan?
